Membership/CRM

This customer management system is central to most tasks within the leisure management system. All customer records and membership details are stored and available for use in other parts of the system such as access control, bookings and point of sale. It handles renewals, membership accounts, monthly payments, debtors, prospects, staff, suppliers, non-attenders, mail-merge and market analysis amongst many reporting functions

Access Control

The Access Control/Visit Recording System will increase security, keep payments up to date and provide information on attenders and non-attenders. As well as picking up lapsed or overdue members, and members visiting outside their allowed time, it can be set-up to warn on birthdays, messages, impending renewals and fitness tests. Compatible with many card and biometric solutions, it can be used either on the reception desk or mounted on doors and turnstiles.

Point of Sale

The Electronic Point of Sale module manages the day-to-day sales transactions. It is designed to operate with a touch-screen monitor and thermal receipt printer for fast-track throughput in a variety of situations. With an unlimited number of user-definable sales screen menus, the system can be designed to deal with many retail environments.

Bookings

The SportSoft Booking System is a fully integrated solution with desktop and web interfaces. Payment can be taken through the till and online by credit card. Statistical information such as percentage usage and revenue can be later analysed for each activity, as can trends in booking patterns. The ability to book, cancel, view or switch between many activities at any one time, together with its ease of use, makes this program a leader in its field.

Course Management

The Course Management module is designed to assist the administration of structured courses, such as swimming lessons. It will enable you to set-up schedules for courses of many different types, all with various pricing structures and timetables. Designed also to complement the membership and booking systems for the enrollment of students and the allocation of rooms or activity areas.

Online Leisure

Why not let the customers do the work! How many phone calls are taken regarding bookings in your centre and how long does each one take to administer? The online membership and bookings portal allows your customers to book their own activities and keep their membership up-to-date, and is supplied ready to fit into your existing web site.

ID Systems

Time is limited at the reception desk, so speed of identity is the key to a successful operation. We can supply many different types of ID systems; proximity key fobs, mag-stripe cards, bar-coded key-rings plus biometric door and turnstile control systems. You can also create your own cards using our Card Printing software or you could even use your existing cards

Spa Management

The Spa Management Module alleviates the complex task of managing appointments in a Spa or Salon environment. The main purpose of the system is to allocate the various resources, such as staff, treatments, rooms and equipment to your clients’ requirements. This means you can be sure you have not double-booked a member of staff or a piece of equipment.

A new package is now available, which may be of interest if your facility has less than 1000 members. Intended for health clubs and fitness centres, the system includes:
